KEEPING YOU SAFE AT VSX 2024

We understand the importance of keeping our event staff and visitors safe now that face-to-face events are back. Out team will be working closely with all our stakeholders  to ensure VSX 2024 is COVIDSafe.

We will achieve this by following the below steps:

  • Adhering to all guidelines and restrictions set out by the Australian Government and COVID Safe Plan in place
  • Attendees preregistering online for the event the enable collection of information for contact tracing with consent
  • Adhering the venue room safe capacity requirements and not exceeding this number
  • Regular cleaning by venue staff of high touch points to maintain the highest level of hygiene during the event
  • All event staff will undergo specific training in infection control set out by the Australian Government
  • Hand Sanitiser stations will be made available on the conference and foyer floors for all stakeholders of VSX 2024
