How to get involved?
Applications to volunteer with VSX 2024 have now opened. All candidates will need to submit an expression of interest form below.
What roles are available?
Volunteers play a delegate facing role with VSX 2024. This will include meeting and greeting, issuing name badges, providing directions, assisting speakers before and after their presentations and ensuring all delegates have a safe and enjoyable time.
Eligibility (what do I need to volunteer)?
All applicants must satisfy the minimum criteria for involvement with VSX 2024. A list of these requirements has been included below.
- 18 years of age at the time of event.
- Available from 8am – 5.30pm on day of the conference.
- Have a valid email address & mobile phone number.
- Have access to an Internet connection.
- Well spoken and presented.
